On Saturday, June 25th, Touché Store and Iraima Franco Jewelry teamed up to present a fashion show to benefit the Breast Cancer Charities of America at Touché Store, located in the Market Street, The Woodlands. The show featured exclusive pieces from the brands’ summer collections. Ten percent of the day’s total sales at Touché Store and Iraima Franco Jewelry was be donated to the charity.
Seeking to find the cure to breast cancer, Breast Cancer Charities of America focuses on the lifestyle of the patient with a whole body approach to mind, body and spirit. As the only non-profit bringing the “integrated cancer care” message to American women, the charity brings together the different health care and allied health care disciplines of oncology, nursing, psychology, sociology, nutrition, exercise physiology and spirituality. The charity is headquartered in The Woodlands.
According to Breast Cancer Charities of America, integrated cancer care holds the one best promise for preventing, treating and surviving breast cancer. About one in eight women in the United States will develop invasive breast cancer during her lifetime.
